Shipping method

For U.S. Domestic Shipping:

  • EMS (3-5 days), include $100 insurance and tracking number,  Optional: purchase additional insurance to  cover amount over $100
  • Priority Domestic (2-3 days),  No insurance included, include tracking number, Optional: may purchase additional insurance
  • First Class Domestic (3 days), No insurance included, include tracking number, Optional: may purchase additional insurance
  • UPS Ground (3-5 days) , include $100 insurance and tracking number, Optional: may purchase additional insurance
  • Flat Rate (7 days) No insurance included. Includes tracking number, Ship at your own risk.  May purchase additional insurance.

For International Shipping:

  • Global Express EMS (7 days), include $100 insurance and tracking number, Optional: may purchase additional insurance
  • Priority International (6-10days), no insurance included, no tracking number included, Optional: may purchase additional insurance
  • First Class International (6 to 10 days), up to 4lb only, no insurance included, no tracking number included.  Ship at your own risk.

Tracking your package. Reporting Lost or Damage Package.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damage packages during transit. Please submit lost or damage claims to the shipping carrier you used.

Flat Rate Shipping

  • Flat rate shipping is only available to domestic US address only, excluding APO/FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii.
  • P.O. Box Address not included.
  • Flat rate does not apply to Odd Sized Items including Wall scrolls, Posters, Calendars or extremely large figures which exceed the maximum size of combined dimension of 40 inches.
  • If your order does not fit in a flat rate box, we will split your order into multiple shipments.  Additional shipping cost applies for multiple shipments.
  • ToysLogic reserve the right to arrange and combine items from one or multiple orders as deem fit when using Flat Rate.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping cost unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Cost

You can calculate your shipping cost by adding an item(s) to the shopping cart and entering your location at the first checkout screen prior to checkout.  Please note, you do not need to register or login to find out shipping cost.

Change Shipping Address

If you need to change your address, please update your profile in your account on the website and notify us so we can update your internal profile immediately.

Taxes

All California residents are required to pay sales tax 8.25%. Tax calculation are based on total order and shipping charge.

For international buyers, we are not responsible for the customs tax and tariff that is required by your country.

Additional Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is recommended for all shipments. UPS includes $100 insurance. If the value of your shipment exceeds $100, additional insurance may be purchase at an additional cost upon request.

For international shipments, only USPS Priority International Mail and Global Express (EMS) can buy insurance.

If you would like to buy additional insurance, please indicate it in the comment box during your checkout. We will add the additional cost to the total when we process payment.  Please note that shipping insurance is not added automatically to your order.

 Shipping Wall Scrolls

Please note, due to the length of wall scrolls, they must be shipped separately with a separate shipping cost.  For convenience in calculating shipping cost, please place a separate order for wall scrolls.

International customers, due to shipping regulations, we cannot ship wallscrolls longer than 33 inches overseas.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We will accept returns on a replacement basis only. If the actual item is damaged or defective not caused by shipping or customer, please notify us within 3 days after you receive the item. Please provide pictures of the damaged item, and send us an email prior to returning the item. We will not accept return item unless you notify us and get approval for return prior to sending the item back to us. Please send your email to sales@toyslogic.com. Please send back the item within 5 days after you receive approval for return. Item must be in the condition as you describe in your email.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all unopen item return. Item must be returned in its original, unopened and unused condition with its original box and contents or packing, otherwise we cannot accept return. We do not refund shipping costs.

We do not accept any OPEN item return.
